ELCOS

ELCOS is present in the field of generating sets since the end of the seventies, making its name on the Italian and overseas markets with the production of generating sets that cover a wide and diversifi ed range, to satisfy standard requests and special requirements that entail specific planning and design.

ELCOS ensures its customers the planning resources and the culture that are indispensable for constructing their machines. The Elcos s.r.l., is being activating quality system certifi cation according to UNI EN ISO 9001 standard for the design, manufacturing and servicing of generating set.
Elcos products are in the process of being certifi ed in accordance with EU directive 200/14/CE on the noise emission in the environment.

All the Elcos generators are guaranteed for the duration of 24 months.

Our company, in cooperation with our partners, is producing from 100 – 120 generating set units per year especially projected for each customer. The production range is from 30 – 3500 kW.

In all of our generating sets we use alternators of worlds top most manufacturers– Stamford, Leroy Somer, Marelli, Macc Alte.

Alternators are synchronous, three-phase, brushless, self-regulated, self-excited, self-ventilated and 4 pole.

Controller of aggregares

The RGK 60 is a microprocessor module for the control of generating sets. It is a complete metering system with excellent measurement technology. The main goal of this new unit has been the elimination for the communication barriers between man and machine. The use of a large display screen and supervision software dedicated to rationally interact with the operator has consented to reach this intent.
